Officially signed as one of the MUA's for Charlotte Fashion Week..

Stoked and extremely excited is an understatement! lol..

So last year after so much thinking of what I really wanted to do with my life I finally realized that it had been there all my life! Since I can remember I have loved makeup and anything that had to do with fashion... At one point in my life I never wore makeup... but I loved applying it to others, and loved hearing how much they loved it.. oh basically here "oh wow Honey, I love it"

so... one night after applying makeup on my neighbor for a night out in the town... my wife says, "babe, seriously this is what you need to be doing as your career" & my God she was right.! So....


Last year around Nov I decided that I was going to come up with a name for myself and start doing what I love to do.. and that's how "Pride MakeUp by JMZ" was born...

When I want something ... I usually end up with it! I'm a go-getter.. and what I want I get! So my goals when the New Year was approaching was that I was going to make a name for myself and that Pride MakeUp was going to be known.. I wanted to work in Fashion Week for one of the designers.. didn't know which one just wanted to do it!!.. So I set to open up my Facebook page www.facebook.com/pridemakeupbyjmz1 and start from there... 

2 months after doing so, I get an email from one of the main people for Charlotte Fashion Week... :: enter EXCITEMENT HERE :: if you know me well enough you know I WAS SCREAMING of excitement lol.. 

Now.. Pride MakeUp by JMZ is one of the official MUA for Charlotte Fashion Week.. 

Today was our official meeting, Got assigned 16 Models and 2 designers, as well as I now have an official assistant :D So this new adventure is going to be one that I will never forget and the one to open up many more wonderful opportunities for me and for Pride MakeUp <3
